Bosch DCN Conferencing
System for County of Hawaii Council Chambers
A
new Bosch DCN-NG (Digital Congress Network - Next Generation) installation is
providing a perfect balance of form and functionality at the renovated County
of Hawaii Council Chambers in Hilo, Hawaii. Featuring Bosch’s unique DCN
flush-mounted desktop consoles and accessories, the system provides the
county’s lawmakers with user-friendly flexibility for communication and voting
at council meetings, all with software-controlled display monitor interfacing
and videoconferencing capability. Hawaii-based AV specialists The Audio Visual
Company (AVCO) integrated the system, which was designed and specified by D.L.

Bosch
conference equipment installed at UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen
30,000
people will attend the summit at the Bella Center in Copenhagen (maximum 18,000
participants at any one time). Over 100 Heads of State and Ministers of Climate
and Environment were present on December 16th to 18th, including President
Barack Obama. 2,500 meetings were held during the two-week conference. 2,500
Bosch delegate microphones were installed in 40 meeting rooms. 6,000 Bosch
Integrus receivers with headphones were in use during the conference. 45
technicians and supervisors were involved in the installation and operation of

Electro-Voice
sound for BB King’s
An extensive Electro-Voice sound system at the new BB King‘s Blues Club
& Grill in West Palm Beach, Florida does justice to the legendary
guitarist‘s reputation for excellent tone. The West Palm Beach location joins a
growing list of BB King‘s around the U.S., including Memphis, Nashville,
Orlando and Las Vegas. The venue‘s main performance room features two main
loudspeaker arrays comprising two EVA2082S/126 (120 x 60 coverage) over one
EVA2082S/1220 (120 x 20 coverage), with two Phoenix series PX2181 (2x 18‘)
subwoofers under the stage for low-end support. Just one CP4000S is required to
power the main arrays, and one more to power the mighty PX subs. An EV DC-One
processor controls the system. The system is also supplemented by five EV
Xi-1082 low-profile zone speakers covering the entryway and areas behind the
EVA arrays, all powered by a single CPS 4.5 four channel amplifier. Get the details

scores at Pro Football Hall of Fame
The Pro
Football Hall of Fame in Canton, OH recently renovated their GameDay Stadium
theater – the crown jewel of the football shrine. Pigskin fans are now treated
to a modern AV experience at the theater featuring a full Electro-Voice PA

World's
first Electro-Voice EVA stadium installation completed in India
Considered
one of the world‘s finest cricket stadiums by the U.K.’s
Architects’ Journal magazine, the 70,000-seat DY Patil Stadium in
Navi Mumbai, India recently upgraded its sound system with 112 Electro-Voice
EVA line array loudspeaker modules. The world‘s first stadium installation of
EVA, the system also represents the largest EV installation ever completed in

New
Year's Ski-Jumping in Garmisch with EV XLD
As a key
leg of the world-famous Four Hills Tournament, the New Year's Ski-Jumping
Competition in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is one of the highlights of the winter
sports season. This year, TC Showtechnik was again responsible for the sound
reinforcement – and once again relied on equipment from Electro-Voice. Forming
the core of the TC solution were XLD line array elements and an N8000-1500 loudspeaker
