we’re recognizing the outstanding efforts of Brackett Brock, Jason Eastwood,
Terrie Robinson, and Krista Wilson

at American Security & Fire wanted to recognize
Brackett Brock, telling us that:

is. He’s knowledgeable and friendly. He exhibits great patience and a desire to
help.”
Jason Eastwood
John Haight
at Wyndham Worldwide recognized the outstanding technical support he received
from
Jason, saying:
“Here at the Wyndham Hotel, we appreciate
outstanding service. Jason was able to help me troubleshoot an install of an
intrusion device. I was getting frustrated as I was wiring up someone else’s
mess and could not figure out what they had done. I was able to use my meter
[to figure] out which wires were which after the change with very
easy-to-understand instructions. The install is complete and everyone is happy
– and that is the outcome provided by your very knowledgeable employee … I will
buy your product in the future knowing that I will get great quality support
along with a solid product, and I will recommend your product to the Wyndham
Worldwide Corporation, as well as our other chains. Thanks again for some great
support.”
Terrie Robinson
Terrie was nominated by Chris Ipiotis at
Security & Access Systems, who tells us:
“On a recent government project, we needed a part that was new to the
line and decided to call customer service to review the possible part numbers
and availability. The project was out of town, and we were running out of time.
After explaining the issue to Terrie, she researched the part number and
availability, determined the official part number and availability, and got the
information back to us on the same day. The success for this phase of the
project was dependent on the correct parts; otherwise, a big percentage of the
project labor cost for this phase would have been lost. It sometimes takes that
extra effort, and I want to commend Terrie for her accuracy and performance.”
Krista Wilson
Krista was commended by Lloyd Apricio here
at Bosch, who said:
“I was speaking to
Krista about a few orders, and I happened to mention to her a dilemma I was
involved in with a customer who had a special request. Without making any
promises, Krista volunteered to check and see what she could do. Within about one hour, I had the information
the customer needed – which put them in much better spirits and enabled them to
enjoy the holiday! Much thanks to Krista for taking care of this issue and helping
out …”
