Meet James Diffenderfer, Technical Support Specialist and an “Exemplary Employee
 
We thought you’d like to learn a little more about James after a customer sent us a glowing review that said (in part):
I am a long-time, loyal customer with a substantial investment in various Bosch security products.  I was so impressed by my experience with your employee that I felt sufficiently motivated to write ...  When I asked my technical questions, the responses that I received were all well worded, concise and easy to understand.  The product knowledge demonstrated regarding the various cameras being discussed was quite evident.  Mr. Diffenderfer used his ability to cite exact specifications quickly and effortlessly in order to compare functionality questions.  If I needed some further clarification or explanation I was treated politely with patience and given some appropriate examples that demonstrated to me that I was talking with someone that had a strong grasp and working knowledge of the subject that I was asking about.  I was also pleased to be offered information and specific informative e-mails that would enable me to learn about other new or current alternative Bosch products that could better and more effectively serve my security needs.  
 
At the conclusion of my conversation with Mr. Diffenderfer, I was confident and convinced that my numerous ongoing recommendations to my friends and associates regarding their selection of Bosch security products would prove to be sound and well-founded advice.  My belief is that those whom I have influenced to choose to purchase Bosch security products will not have any regrets.  Many have thanked me for my wisdom in advising them to try what I have found to be a superior product line capable of overshadowing the competition.  I credit your employee, Mr. James Diffenderfer, with my continued and strongly reinforced belief that Bosch security products are the “Right Choice”, not just because they are superior, but also because they are supported by a qualified, talented well-informed technical staff.  My hope is that you will ensure that Mr. Diffenderfer is recognized/rewarded for being such an exemplary employee for conducting himself in a manner that reflects such a highly favorable company image.

Favorite customer story: The 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. shift in Tech Support can be challenging – and one night, I had a customer call around 7:00 p.m. I assisted him until close to 8:30, and he was so grateful that I worked past the end of my shift (and continued to be patient with him) that he sent a letter to my managers.
 
Favorite Bosch product: VIDOS
 
The best part of your day at Bosch: Having a distraught customer call and by the end of the call, they are relieved and thankful. (And of course I would be lying if I didn’t say lunch was one of the best parts!)
 
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job? Helping people resolve their issues, whether they’ve been having trouble for days or just a few minutes.
 
Little-known fact: I was homeschooled until 9th grade.
