Canon Inc.’s Takeshi Mitarai Memorial Hall with clear sound from Electro-Voice
The 3,000-seat Takeshi Mitarai Memorial Hall, named for the Canon’s first president, Takeshi Mitarai, was constructed at Canon headquarters to commemorate the company’s 70th anniversary. The hall will be primarily used for shareholder meetings, and was planned with close attention to clearer speech intelligibility. The project began soon after a Canon staff member visited a well-known competitor’s shareholder meeting hall and heard Electro-Voice sound. Get all the details here.

Telex RadioCom upgrades for FARGODOME & NDSU
Telex RadioCom intercom systems are providing an optimal balance of user-friendliness and excellent audio quality at two new installations in Fargo, North Dakota. NLFX Professional, of Bemidji, Minnesota, selected systems built around Telex RadioCom BTR-1 UHF wireless intercom systems—standard issue on NFL sidelines—for system upgrades at North Dakota State University and the FARGODOME. This makes NDSU the first College Division One football team to utilize a complete Lombardi system for home and away games – again, standard practice in the NFL. Learn more right here.
