Go the Distance with the New ZX55 Infrared Imager For 24/7 Long-Range Surveillance

Bosch now offers a complete line of infrared imagers with the new ZX55 series, delivering outstanding long-range capabilities and rugged, all-weather performance.

From critical infrastructure and defense sites to energy and water utilities, the new ZX55 series is ideal for applications requiring long-range outdoor day/night surveillance. Each camera is factory calibrated as an all-in-one package – so you’ll minimize the equipment needed for effective security.

The ZX55Infrared Imager and ZX55-IP Infrared Imager both provide:
  • Night-time imaging with no hotspots and overexposure using award-winning Black Diamond night vision
  • Reliable performance in harsh conditions, thanks to a rugged design that includes robust, cable-managed brackets and a thermal housing
  • Excellent optical capability due to a 1/3-inch single day/night CCD designwith a 9 – 90 mm IR-corrected varifocal lens
  • Exceptional long-range capability with day/night detection up to 1,000 feet (300 m)
  • Ability to distinguish facial features with up to 330 feet (100 m) identification-level imaging

In addition, the ZX55-IP Infrared Imager is a great option for customers who want to gradually migrate to IP. This hybrid IP solution offers localized analog output, as well as:
  • Automatic threat detection in day, low- or no-light conditions with a powerful on-board processor for Intelligent Video Analysis (IVA)
  • Convenient, reliable video storage with direct-to-iSCSI recording
  • Lower storage costs and higher quality images with H.264 MPEG-4 (with Bosch IP camera firmware 4.0)
  • ONVIF-ready
  • Enhanced system performance with lower network bandwidth impact than standard IP cameras
